Psychotherapy
Welcome
If you’re looking for a different way to explore yourself through psychotherapy, you’re in the right place.
I offer a creative, embodied, and conversational approach. We work with your whole self — thoughts, feelings, body, and deeper layers that words alone might not reach.
In our sessions, we pay attention to what comes up in your body and your movements, as well as in conversation. This can help you notice subtle or hidden parts of yourself — old habits, gestures, or patterns you’ve carried for years. By giving these parts space, you may discover feelings or insights that have been neglected or overlooked.
This way of working welcomes all of you — strengths and struggles, light and shadow, what’s clear and what’s unclear. There is no goal to fix or change you, but rather to meet yourself more fully and kindly.
My approach is shaped by embodiment, mindfulness, Jungian ideas, ecopsychology, Buddhist psychology, and movement practices. I’m interested in how the body holds experience, and how paying attention to it can help us live with more awareness and compassion.
If this way of working speaks to you, I’d be glad to hear from you.
