My name is Sophie, I offer psychotherapy, dance movement psychotherapy, ecotherapy, clinicial supervision and workshops. I am registered with ADMPUK and accredited with UKCP.
Are you looking for psychotherapy support where you can explore and reflect using creativity, embodiment, movement and conversation?

This approach can support the development of your awareness of your whole self, for example how you experience moving, being seen moving. How you experience being creative. In conversation, allowing words and thoughts to emerge, all in a private and confidential relationship.

Some people find this style of psychotherapy can help untangle current concerns, as well as past experiences.
Creative and embodied approaches of psychotherapy can fascinate, as we delve in the many layers with in our conscious being. With the possibility that this takes us on a journey that can help make meaning of aspects that are experienced as complicated or unclear for example.

If you would like to find out more about how I can help, you are very welcome to arrange an initial meeting or have a phone call.
I offer conversational, creative and embodied ways of processing personal private material to people of all ages and abilities.

I am accredited with the UK council for psychotherapy and am registered with the association of dance movement psychotherapists UK.
